Hi Again.

Look at me trying to be more regular with the posting.

Is anyone else's world starting to get busy?

I was just sitting in my office thinking, not about work, but about all the Christmas presents I have yet to purchase.

I am determined to purchase all my gifts early in the game this year. I have a tendency to delay the gift buying process and in turn, end up rushed and giving gifts wihout much meaning.

I refuse to fall into the trap this year. I vow (cross fingers) to have gifts bought/picked out for everyone on my list by Dec 15.

Hold me to it...

Then there are the Christmas cards. I gotta have those purchased by the 1st in order to get out the next week. 

Should I even call this a blog anymore or just my reminder calendar?

My dear friends are coming for a visit!

Have I mentioned there is really no furniture in the house I am renting in Nashville?

Yea, because I moved so fast from Bham to here I left all my furniture and decor in my condo.

All I have here is my bed and a couch and dining room table left, so graciously, by the owners. 

Im a little disappointed I cant show my friends my new place in tip top shape (because it needs a little TLC). 

But no matter.

My one task I am determined to conquer to make my home, in the slightest, a bit more homey, is making a sink skirt like this for my two bathroom sinks.

Im not a crafty person. Ive had anxiety all day over tackling this project.
