Operation...

Go to the Gym in the AM time.
I am STRUGGLING getting to the gym after work.
This always happens when springs rolls around.
My life just picks up more so than in the winter.
And my after work schedule gets pretty busy.
Leaving me with less time to go to the gym.

and the gym is important to me.
For my mind and my butt.
Not to mention, I actually enjoy spin class and miss it when I cant attend (yea you read that right... I just said enjoy.)
So operation get my but out of bed at 5 am commences Monday.

  1. Goog luck girl! I'm so trying to get in more exercise and it really is hard to squeeze it into a busy day.

  2. You can do it! I do a lot of 6 a.m. classes (or at least try to...) and I have to get up at 4:45 a.m. to make it happen. KILLER. But I always feel so great when I can get that knocked off my To-Do List first thing in the morning. Definitely try to go to bed earlier. I made the mistake of keeping my usual 12-12:30 bedtime, and woooo boy was it painful getting up early. If I'm in bed by 10, much easier. :) And in the winter, I sleep in my workout clothes b/c I hate getting dressed in the cold. <--iz a lozer

  3. it is so hard. I turned my alarm off this morning and went back to sleep until I had to get up for work. and I know the chances I will go after work today are very slim....
