Ah, Friday

Hello again.

This week has really been quite dreary and slow.

I mean it probably is due to the rainy and cold weather that has greeted me each morning as I made my way to work.

But bright skies are ahead.

And, IT'S FREAKIN APRIL.

Like holy cow.

This year is flying.

Well.

What do you have planned this weekend?

Tonight I am SO EXCITED.

Im headed to Tuscaloosa to see My Favorites,

The Avett Brothers.

I am actually seeing them 3 times this month. Yep 3.

And here's the thing.

I always liked their music.

Then I got tickets to see them at the Ryman and I was thinking 'Meh, I could give or take on these tickets.'

But HOT DAMN

I am so glad I went. 

Because, seriously, they put on one of the best shows. 

really.

If you are a fan and have never seen them. Grab tickets.

and if you don't know who they are, well start listening and then go see a show.

You wont be disappointed.

And the show in Tuscaloosa holds an extra dose of excitement because Band of Horses is playing tonight too!

I mean, I dig their music, and I know that after see them live I will be even more endeared to them.

Because that is the thing about me, I may like your music flowing through my earbuds, but if I see you live and  if you are as good (or most likely) better than that sound on my pod, well then, Im sold. 

So today,

Im thankful for

 Music.

Well, and, Scott Avett's beard.

And Joe Kwon's sweet moves on the stage with his cello.
