I am fighting the pollen big time today.
I have had some allergy trouble recently.
But now it seems as if I have a full on head cold.
What do you all recommend I take?
I took a Zyrtec this am.
and a Claritin this afternoon.
But nothing has really helped.
I'm at a loss
In other news
Going on two days strong of nothing other than fruits, veggies, nuts, eggs and water.
I am having struggles
But I am persevering.
I have also had the itch to shop lately.
I have not shopped in forever,
and I mean that (mom).
I haven't look at Jcrew's sight in awhile
so I took a little peek and stumbled upon this:

I would like to own this.
This weekend I plan on recouping tonight.
Hopefully feeling better tomorrow so that I can:
Search for a desk, I need a desk.
Take Potter to the dog park.
And enjoy my friends who I have missed on my trip.

ReplyDeletemy yoga teacher SWEARS by a netti-pot. you can get it from your local drug store...do it in the shower and i hear its a cure all for allergies!!!! let me know if you try it!!!!
ReplyDeleteMy parents swear by the netti-pot as well. I on the other hand, do not enjoy it... to say the least.
ReplyDeleteI have awful allergies too. The only thing that has worked for me is flonase nasal spray. I use it every day and dont have any allergy problems. You should try it!

ReplyDeleteI have to take a Zyrtec every day during high allergy season. It doesn't really work if you just take it when you are feeling the hit, which sucks because who wants to take that much meds? But it really does work for me if I take it consistently in the Spring. Hope that helps!
