Turning over the healthy leaf

Like I talked about in a previous post, I eat too much junk. And It makes me feel bad, not emotionally necessarily but definitely physically.

I uest to eat pretty healthy. But I'm not sure when that went down hill.

But Monday night I headed to the grocery store to stock on those good foods that I had been missing out on by only looking through the center isles of the store.

Some of my old favorites I was happy to add to my basket:
Grapes - perfect for breakfast or snack
Turkey - love on sandwiches and salads
Salad stuff - a salad is so easy to make and healthy
craisins- another great snack food
Cheese- I LOVE cheese
Roasted Red Pepper humus and Carrots- this snack is better than potato chips in my opinion
Strawberries, bananas and vanilla yogurt for smoothies - a treat

I was happy with my little restock.

Today I am not feeling the greatest. I am dizzy for some reason and my neck and shoulders ache. But I do like my outfit:
Lilly Keating dress ( thank you ebay), TB Sophie wedges.

Happy Hump Day!

Peace,

  3. I love the dress! You'd never know you don't feel well.

I used to get the same thing, dizzy, and just stiff throughout my neck and shoulders. It went away when I gave up caffeine!

  5. You look so cute! I started a new diet and exercise program 8 weeks ago and my body has completely changed already, you get to the point where you really just don't want the potato chips as much. I eat everything just in moderation. Its really worked for me:) I wanted to know how your new makeup adventure is going?? Let us know
