
Well here I am to report on week 1 of pavement pounding.

Here, again, is my schedule for this month and October. My first week was last week and I was supposed to run 3 days in that week. I only ran Monday. I went a mile. The other days I was taken out by my allergies. They have been monstrous.
Last night I started week 2 and did a mile. I will do another mile tonight. I think I am going to try to run as many days as I can this week since I was out of it last week.
But that is where I am right now. The mile is getting easier to complete! I can almost do the whole thing without stopping... almost!
I am also running my first 5k on Oct. 10 So I HAVE to get down to business with this schedule.
